Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BMTexture, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
To cancel an order, please contact us at connect@bmtexture.com with your order details.
If an order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products are personalized and custom-made, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

2.1. Eligible Refund Cases

Defective or Damaged Product: If the received product is defective or damaged, you must report it within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.
Incorrect Order Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately with your order details and images.
Lost or Undelivered Orders: If an order is lost in transit or undelivered due to our logistics partners, we will either reship the order or provide a full refund.

2.2. Non-Refundable Cases

Personalized/Customized Orders: We do not offer refunds for customized products unless they are defective or incorrect.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not applicable if the customer changes their mind after placing the order.
Incorrect Information Provided by Customer: If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at connect@bmtexture.com with the order number and proof of the issue.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of defective or incorrect orders, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
Customers must return the defective product (if required) before receiving a replacement.
